Overview
All products sold on nideky.com are digital products delivered instantly by download — including beat licenses, video courses, drum kits, and preset packs (for software such as Pigments, Omnisphere, and other plugins).
Because these files are delivered immediately and can be copied, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products once delivery has taken place, except in the cases described below.
When a refund may be granted
We will offer a refund or replacement file only if:
- The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match the product/license you purchased
- You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error
- The product was never delivered due to a technical issue on our end, and we are unable to resolve it
To request this, contact us within 7 days of your purchase at studio@nideky.com, including your order number and a description of the issue.
What is not eligible for a refund
- Change of mind after downloading a beat, course, drum kit, or preset pack
- Files that have already been downloaded and used, where no technical fault exists
- Requests made after the 7-day window above
Beat licenses
Once a beat license file has been downloaded, the license is considered delivered and used. Upgrading from one license tier to a higher one (e.g. Basic to Premium) may be possible on request — contact us at studio@nideky.com to check availability for your specific purchase.
Courses and drum kits/preset packs
Video courses, drum kits, and preset packs are non-returnable once downloaded, in the same way as beat licenses, since the content can be immediately accessed and copied.
How to request support
If you believe you’re eligible for a refund or replacement under the terms above, email us at studio@nideky.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

We may update this refund and returns policy from time to time. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
